How to Use -
Juice one quart of apples, preferably organic (usually 10-12) medium size apples per quart, for four days in a row. Before you juice anything, pour 1/2 ounce of phosphoric-acid (orthophos) into the container that will receive the juice. This is important. The phosphoric acid will protect the apple juice from oxidizing and losing its potency. Juice the apples into the container containing the phosphoric acid until you have a quart. Then put it into a suitable bottle or container with a tight-fitting cap and shake well. Drink the juice from this bottle throughout the day in as many parts you want to but, by the end of the day, the bottle of juice must be entirely finished. You can eat normally throughout the day, but try to eat sensibly (no junk food).

In addition to drinking the juice, you will take 1 tablespoon of COLD-PRESSED, COLD-PROCESSED olive oil 5 to 6 times per day, throughout the day (say every hour or 2).

On the 4th day, just before going to bed for the night, you must drink 3/4 cup of Dr.K’s Crystal Olive oil l (or as a last resort use extra-virgin). Mixed with 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice that you squeeze yourself. Be sure to stir or shake the mixture often, since the oil and juice will have a tendency to separate. Sip this slowly (usually 20 minutes to 1/2 hour) until all of it is gone. A Stronger method is to mix 3/4 cup of Olive Oil with 3/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice and 4 Tbs of Epsom Salts, mix well and sip slowly. Immediately after this, go to bed and lay on your right side in the fetal position (knees bent toward chest, just past 90 degrees) until you fall asleep.

On the 5th day, you will usually see green, white, yellow, or brown colored stones that look like plastic. Usually, they will be green. Do not worry if you do not see these stones on your first try. You will have to repeat this whole procedure again in 2 weeks or more depending on your doctor or health professional's instructions.

There may be hundreds or thousands of the stones. They will be composed of toxins, mineral deposits, oil, bile and cholesterol. It is part of the foundation process of better health to clean out the liver. Often, we recommend that during the liver cleanse, the patient drink tepid water with 1 TBS Organic milk thistle seed, ground in coffee grinder, in order to rejuvenate and regenerate the liver.
